• Toolbar split to allow buttons to only show on relevant views
• Tags are introduced as a long-term replacement for categories: user tagging, auto-tagging (download state, ip/country sets), per-tag speed limits, tag activity view, swarm tagging
• Peer country details (flags, country code/name) are now available by default and shown in both peer views and the swarm view
• Simplified download details view now easily available at the bottom of library views
• New per-download speed graphic
