Registry patch to increase max connections for Windows 95 and 98
From VuzeWiki
Remember to backup your registry first
This is a registry patch for Windows 9x to increase the system's connection limit.
Open the regedit.exe and browse to the following directory: HKLM\System\~CurrentControlSet\Services\VxD\MSTCP\
For Win95 create the key MaxConnections as a DWORD and set it to 400 (most systems can't support more) as a decimal value.
For Win98/SE/ME do the same create String instead a DWORD.
When you've done that and rebooted set Azureus' connection limit to something around 200-300 to keep enough room for tracker communication, web browsing, DNS lookups and so on.
