Host and publish

From VuzeWiki

When you Publish, you list a torrent on your tracker's web page; the .torrent file is published on the site without you hosting it in the built-in tracker. Users of the file will rely on the torrent's existing tracker.

When you Host, you are running the torrent in the built-in tracker on your machine.
